Project Management Organization • We are a team of project managers, business analysts, innovation facilitators, and benchmarking report developers. • Our home is at the Professional Development Center and we support initiatives across the District. • Our mission extends from guidance from the Board, Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent and Cabinet.
Responsibilities • Prioritize and successfully implement projects that have the most positive impact on District approved benchmarks. • Provide visibility and transparency to project health. • Using project management philosophies and methodologies, for District staff, parents, and students: • Coach and mentor, • Train and teach, • Manage, facilitate, coordinate, and expedite.
