  2. What We Are • The good things about us is that we are very friendly. We treat customers with respect and never disrespect anybody. • We are very local and we give back to the community. • We have the best food in town. • We aren’t very expensive.

  3. Hours • Monday-Sunday • 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. • 98 hours a week

  4. Workers Hours and Pay • 3 cooks- $13.00 an hour= $39.00 an hour • 4 waiters/waitresses- $8.00 an hour= $32.00 an hour • 1 hostess- $7.50 an hour= $7.50 an hour • $78.50 per hour on workers

  5. Cost for workers • $78.50 an hour • 14 hours a day x $78.50= $1,099 a day • 98 hours a week x $78.50= $7,693 a week • 4 weeks a month x $7,693= $30,772 a month • 12 months a year x $30,772= $369,294 a year • Profit Margin • 15%

We Are Local • For every $75 you spend at our restaurant you get a 20% off discount card for anything on the menu. • We also give 10% of every 200 dollars that gets spent at our restaurant. • We are comfortable! • We have couch booths • The best comfort food and it is comfortable to eat your comfort food

  8. Why We Are Better Than Schmidt’s • We are not as greedy as Schmidt’s. We give back to the community and not keep it all for ourselves. • We pay our employees very well and we don’t have too spendy of prices on the menu. • We aren’t in this just for the money we want to have a nice breakfast, lunch, and dinner for you to come hang out at and have a good time.
