  1. Downloading an eAudiobook How You Can Listen to the eAudiobooks Available Through OPPL

  2. eAudiobooks So, you want to take advantage of a great offering from the library and download some books to listen to at home or on your mp3 player. Great decision. Now what? This slide show should answer your questions on exactly how to find and to download these eAudiobooks.

  3. First, go to the OPPL’s website: www.oplib.org

  4. Click on the link to “Search the Catalog”

  5. To browse a list of all the eAudiobooks, conduct a “publisher keyword” search for “NetLibrary.” You can also click on the link to “eBooks.”

  6. Search for a title to see if it is available in eAudio format. Look for “electronic resource.” This will take you to the Individual Record

  7. After you have found the title you wish to download, click on the title that will take you to the individual book’s record.

  8. From this page click on the provided link.

  9. Next, type in your library card’s barcode, which can be found on the back of your library card.

  10. Now, you are at the NetLibrary website for the audiobook you chose.

  11. Here you click on the link to“Download this eAudiobook.”

  12. Finally, choose the quality of your download based on your Internet connection.

  13. If you have not logged into NetLibrary, do so now.If you do not have an account yet, on the right is the link to “Create a Free Account.” Fill out the necessary information.

  14. Log In or Create a Free Account

  15. After you successfully sign-in, the download will begin.
