Event Sustainability Plan • Use TV screens to display company logo’s (instead of paper banners) • During reception use bread plates instead of cocktail napkins • Use cloth napkins instead of paper napkins during dinner service. • Use water jugs and glasses instead of plastic bottles • Programs – Use both sides of paper instead of printing on one side. • Electronic Invitations & RSVP • At venue use energy efficient light bulbs, don’t have all lights on.
