Indirect Question word

1. Indirect Question word • การเปลี่ยนประโยคคำถามที่ขึ้นต้นด้วย • Question Word ให้ถือหลักดังนี้ • เปลี่ยน say, said เป็น ask ,asked ,inquired, inquired of ,wondered ,wanted to know etc. • 2. ใช้ Question Word เป็นคำเชื่อมแทน that • 3. เปลี่ยนรูปแบบประโยคคำถาม เรียงลำดับคำในประโยคคำถามใหม่ให้กลาย • เป็นประโยคบอกเล่า • 4. การเปลี่ยน Tense ถือหลักเช่นเดียวกับ Indirect Statements

2. ในประโยคที่มี Question words เช่น Who = ใคร what = อะไร when = เมื่อไร Where = ที่ไหนwhy = ทำไม how = อย่างไร Which = อันใด สิ่งใด whose = ของใคร whom = ใคร (กรรม) *อยู่ในเครื่องหมายคำพูด ให้ใช้ wh word นั้นเชื่อมประโยคแทน if หรือ whether แล้วเรียงประโยคเสียใหม่แบบบอกเล่าส่วนท้ายประโยคไม่ต้องใส่ ?

3. หลักการเปลี่ยน Direct เป็น Indirect Question ถ้ากริยาในประโยคนำเป็นอดีต กริยาในประโยคตามจะเปลี่ยนดังนี้
