  3. Project Schedule Bid Letting of May 13, 2014 Construction to begin: Mid to late June 2014 Interim Completion of Roadway for Opening to through Traffic: November 14, 2014 Additional work such as landscaping and miscellaneous work to be completed by Final Completion date of June 12, 2015

Project Stages The project will be constructed in Stages with lane closures and a Detour *Stage 1 will construct the East Bound Lane of South Boulevard and the South half of the Roundabout at STH 123 **Stage2 will construct the Westbound Lane of South Boulevard and the North half of the Roundabout at STH 123

  5. Traffic Control *During all Stages - Traffic from US 12 to Industrial Court will be bidirectional with staged construction. From Industrial Court to Lynn Avenue: **Eastbound South Boulevard and Northbound STH 123 traffic will utilize South Boulevard with staged construction. Only Eastbound Traffic will be allowed on South Boulevard in this area. ( We will be using a one way loop with the detour) **Westbound South Boulevard and Southbound STH 123 Traffic will use the proposed Detour as shown *Industrial Court will remain open at all times accept during stage 2A & 2B when the intersection is to be built. It will remain open to Westbound traffic at all times.

Property Issues *Access to properties will be maintained at all times during construction as best as possible. **Construction on side roads and property entrances may be completed in stages to allow access during construction. **There will be times when access will be limited but will be on a short term basis and coordinated at that time.

  8. Property Issues We realize that this will be an impact to the area and businesses. We have tried to stage construction to allow access and still allow for construction as best as possible. Do not hesitate to ask questions during construction and stay informed. Businesses are encouraged to coordinate business signage to individual locations in a cooperative effort to limit the number of signs and confusion. Work with the City or Chamber of Commerce in developing signs and determining locations prior to construction..
