Innovations and Achievements of the enviroGRIDS Project at the GEO/EGIDA Meeting in Vienna

The GEO/EGIDA Splinter Meeting held on April 24, 2012, in Vienna, Austria, showcased the accomplishments of the enviroGRIDS project. Bringing together 30 partners from 15 countries since 2009, the initiative aims to develop a Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) for the Black Sea catchment region. The project emphasizes the use of international standards for data management, modeling environmental changes, and addressing societal benefits like water resource evaluation, biodiversity conservation, and disaster management.
