Attendance • There are 411 Voting members, 122 Nearly voters, 349 Aspirants as of Sept 10, 2004 • There are 1869 names on the Master Attendance List • 220 participants did not respond to the audit and have been removed from the voting role • All Nearly Voters MUST request voting privileges by email to the Chair and both Vice Chairs before voting privileges are given. (100 listed with no response) • Voting privileges are only given at the third plenary session attended (One interim can be substituted for one of the plenary session.) Harry Worstell, AT&T

Documentation • New Templates will be available shortly after this meeting • There will be a cover sheet required for MS Word, Power Point and Excel documents and will be in the templates • All documents must conform to the new format after they are placed on the web site and notice is sent by the reflector • All non-conformant documents will be removed from the web site with notice to the author. The Document coordinator will not check every document. It will be up to the membership to alter him of non-compliant documents • NO DRAFTS are to be placed in the document area Harry Worstell, AT&T

Reflector • After attending one session, you must request to be placed on the reflector by email to the Chair and both Vice Chairs….it is not automatic • You can remove yourself from the reflector by following the instruction on the bottom of all reflector emails • If you can’t remove your email address, contact the Chair/Vice Chairs by email. • When requesting a change in your email address, please give your old address and new address in the email. • Changes to the reflector email addresses are not automatic. Updating the web site contact information will not guarantee the email address will be changed Harry Worstell, AT&T
