To identify the real Emeralds, one must take care of the following precautions:- • When we place the real emerald • stone on our eyes, it feels cool, • whereas the replica quickly • warms up • When we put the real emerald • in a glass pot with water, • it emits green light, whereas • the fake does not. • When we drop water on a genuine emerald, • it retains its color.
