  36. Emergency Budget June 2010 • Income Tax - Personal Allowances • Increased by £1,000 to £7,475 • Higher rate taxpayers will not benefit from increase in personal allowance • The exact figures will not be confirmed until September’s RPI is known • Effective from 6 April 2011
