  2. HIGH POWER COMMITTEE ON REINVIGORATION OF AFFILIATION SYSTEM • Duration of Inspection. • Permanent affiliation. • Autonomy. • Section 2(f) and 12 (B) of the UGC Act., 1956. • Establishment of IQAC. • Use of ICT

University Grants Commission (Mandatory Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions) Regulations, 2012 • All Universities established and / or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a Provincial Act or State Act. • All Colleges, other than technical Institutions, including autonomous colleges.

  4. University Grants Commission (Mandatory Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions) Regulations, 2012 • It shall be mandatory for each Higher Educational Institution to get accredited by the Accreditation Agency after passing out of two batches or six years, whichever is earlier.

  5. University Grants Commission (Mandatory Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions) Regulations, 2012 • The accreditation will be valid for a period of five years. • It shall be mandatory for each accredited Higher Educational Institution to apply for Reaccreditation six months before the expiry of the five year period in accordance with the norms and procedures prescribed by the relevant Accreditation Agency.

  6. University Grants Commission (Mandatory Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions) Regulations, 2012 • The Commission shall allocate any higher level of funding, depending on the grade. • Cancellation of Section 12 (B) of the UGC Act., 1956. • Status of the deemed to be University under section 3 of the Act., revoked. • Withholding of all grants. • Declaring such HEI to be ineligible for consideration for any assistance from UGC. • Declaring such HEI as non-accredited institutions, warn the public to take admission at their own risk through its website.

  8. affiliation fees and other fees THE MONITORING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OF KRISHNA UNIVERSITY AT ITS MEETING HELD ON 09-04-2013 HAS REVISED THE AFFILIATION FEES AND OTHER FEES PAYABLE BY THE AFFILIATED COLLEGES TO THE UNIVERSITY BY 10% ON THE EXISTING AFFILIATION RATES FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-14.

  9. Examination fee and other rates THE MONITORING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OF KRISHNA UNIVERSITY AT ITS MEETING HELD ON 09-04-2013 HAS REVISED EXAMINATION FEE AND OTHER RATES PAYABLE BY THE STUDENTS TO UNIVERSITY ADMITTED FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-14

  10. rates of examination related remuneration payable by the University THE MONITORING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OF KRISHNA UNIVERSITY AT ITS MEETING HELD ON 09-04-2013 HAS REVISED RATES OF EXAMINATION RELATED REMUNERATION PAYABLE BY THE UNIVERSITY TO THE EXAMINERS / CHIEF EXAMINERS / SCRUTINIZERS ETC. OF UG, PG AND PROFESSIONAL COURSES FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-14

  11. Fee structure for the student admitted during the year 2013-14 • THE MONITORING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OF KRISHNA UNIVERSITY HAS REVISED FEES STRUCTURE TO BE PAID BY THE STUDENTS ADMITTED INTO UG COURSES DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-14. • THE MONITORING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OF KRISHNA UNIVERSITY HAS APPROVED SAME FEE STRUCTURE PAID BY THE STUDENTS ADMITTED DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2012-13, FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-14.

  12. VERIFICATION OF ACCOUNTS • UNIVERSITY HAS ISSUED AFFILIATOIN ORDERS FOR THE YEAR 2012-13 TO 106 COLLEGES. • ADVISE THE REMAINING COLLEGES TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNTS WITH THE UNIVERSITY AND TAKE THE AFFILIATION ORDERS.

  13. GRANT OF AFFILIATION FOR THE YEARS 2013-14 & 2014-15 • UNIVERSITY IS APPOINTING INSPECTION COMMITTEES FOR THE VERIFICATION OF PHYSICAL, ACADEMIC, FINANCIAL AND OTHER FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN THE AFFILIATED COLLEGES TO CONSIDER GRANTING OF AFFILIATION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-14 AND 2014-15.
