Principios del control de la calidad en la APS • Un proceso planificado y sistemático • De seguimiento continuo y evaluación • Ser un proceso extensivo a todo el área de influencia de la APS, además compartido con la población de su área de influencia. • Ser un proceso integrado • Requerir el compromiso de la Direccion y de las autoridades políticas y gremiales • Precisar las histórias clínicas u otros documentos legibles y completos PROFESOR ROBERTO E. Líneas maestras del PCCAPS • Iniciar el programa con actividades sencillas, hay que ir adiestarndo a las gentes • Extenderlo a todo el territorio y a todo el Policlínico • Resolver el problema donde ocurre • Los problemas deben ser resueltos con los mandos medios y la población involucrada PROFESOR ROBERTO E. La evaluación de la calidad Consta de tres fases: • Recogida y analisis de datos para identificar problemas • Solución de problemas, Incluye conocerlos, definir las normas, • Remitir el problemas a todos • Seguimiento y comunicacion de resultados. Es la última fase del proceso. Es super importante la comunicación y el mantenimiento de la práctica clínico preventiva PROFESOR ROBERTO E. CAPOTE mIR
