Step 3 – Determine What is Needed and When • Ideas for better or different access. • Lower Saluda River Corridor Plan and Update • state park on the south side of the reservoir • multi-lane boating facility that can accommodate large tournaments • consideration of a boat ramp for small trailered boats at Gardendale or further downstream, but above I26, to allow safer upstream motoring towards Metts Landing • Potential facility enhancements or upgrades • Potential new facilities, or other management actions. • What are the priorities regarding identified needs both in terms of resources and time? How do priorities compare across the entire Project?
