Annual Evaluation Feedback • Summary of professional development provided throughout the year • Participant survey (perception data) • Formative data dependent on initiatives (i.e., Aimsweb for literacy, School-Wide Evaluation Tool (SET) for PBIS) • Summative data (SPP data, suspensions, reading scores, etc.)

  4. IHE Workgroup Members Satisfaction with IHE Workgroup Proceedings

  5. Number/Percent of Schools to Have Passed the SET or BoQ

  6. Percent of Children with IEP by 3rd Birthday and have Transitioned to Part B
