  2. I want a book or an article Find Search on the libraryhomepage: Open ”Advanced” and enterauthor/titleinformation.

  3. Found! Click on ”Request”, and order to yourfavouritelibrary location. • Pick up the book (and sometimesarticle) at the library. • Recieve (most) articles as attachment to a mail.

  4. Found online! Open document from ”Viewmaterial” or ”Link to the material”. • Journal articlescanbesaved/printed. • E-bookscanbeborrowed for offline reading, but onlypartlyprinted/saved.

  5. Found! But… • It says”AU Research” • You have to check if the book, journal or report is registered elsewhere in the database. • It says ”Only for use in library” • Requestloan, or preferably visit the library. • It says ”Missing” • Requestloan, and/or suggest us to buy a new copy. • It says ”Checked out” • Request loan, and/or suggest us to buy another copy.

  6. Not found! • If it is an article: Search for the journal/anthologytitle, instead of the articletitle. • Go to bibliotek.dk • Choose ”Expandsearch options” and repeatsearch.

  7. Found! Select and order to ”statsbiblioteket”, with youruser-ID and pincode. And pick up the materialat yourfavouritelibrary location…

  8. Not found! Return to the libraryhomepage, and make a request for a loan from otherlibraries: Fill in an order form with the information you have – and wait…

  9. Tip! To ensure a quick and secure ordering process, you can find the material you are looking for on www.worldcat.org and insert a link to the material in the order form.

  10. Newspaperarticles Can befound in different databases on ”Databaselisten”: • Infomedia • All danish newspaper articles in full text since 1990. • Factiva • Newspaperarticles in fulltext from more than 2.500 newspapersworldwide.   11. Radio and Television • Udsendelser fra hele sendefladen fra DR og TV2 fra midten i 1980’erne og frem til dags dato kan skaffes. • Udsendelser sendt fra december 2005 og frem til ca. to uger før dags dato kan søges og streames via Mediestream på Statsbibliotekets hjemmeside.
