  4. Foundation Certificates • Learners who have a weak Grade 9 pass • 15 years old • Business studies • Engineering studies • Allows entry into various level 2 NCV programs

  5. Skills Courses • Learners who do not pass grade 9 • Automotive body repair • Welding • Bricklaying • Plastering • Tiling • Painting
