Objectives • By the end of the session you’ll be able to: • Explain organizational performance requirements • Describe how to spot underperformance in the team • Explain the causes of underperformance and actions to rectify • Define Motivation • Identify your personal motivators at work • Describe a theory of motivation • Explain how to apply the theory to motivate your team
