  2. Session purpose • To provide an overview of the HR Assist suite of tools and resources available through these applications

  3. Session objectives • Overview of the three applications • Gain an understanding of what the tools are and how to use them • Learn to navigate the sections and locate required information • Test the applications • Explain the site contents to others

  4. HR Assist Overview • Content developed by Brisbane North Institute of TAFE (BNIT) • Currently still in testing mode • Currently separate logon’s are required • Links with DSQ’s people management toolkit

  5. Workforce Planner • The Workforce Planner Tool is the first of three tools designed to support NGOs’ human resource management functions. • Based on DSQ’s Workforce Planning Guide and has been modified to suit NGOs’ needs. • Is currently undergoing redevelopment
