Important Dates for CCs • March 1 – In preparation for meetings in Washington and Atlanta, send to the Schrags-“Bulleted” information for both Initiative 1 (GraduateFIRST) and Initiative 2 (Transition) regarding activities completed, in progress, and planned in the fourth column of the required OSEP Worksheet for the federal Performance Measure 1 • March 4-5 – SPDG Meeting in Washington/Meeting with Project Officer • March 7 – Meeting in Atlanta – Schrags – SPDG staff • March 4-8 – Completion of fidelity data checks by school teams • March 11-15 – Completion of 20% verification checks by coaches for Initiative 2 fidelity checks • March 15 – Deadline for fidelity data for Initiative 1 and Initiative 2 to the Schrags for analysis • March 11-29 – Submission of data/information needed for the Annual Report/discussions via telephone by SPDG staff with the Schrags and completion of ratings for federal Performance Measure 1 - Worksheet

Important Dates for GaDOE •   April 5 – Submission of First Draft of Annual Report to Julia by the Schrags • April 8-11 – Review of First Draft of Annual Report by Julia/SPDG staff and discussions with the Schrags • April 15 – Completion of Annual Report Final Draft by the Schrags and submission to Julia • April 15 – Submission of Annual Report draft by Julia to Project Officer • April 15 – 19 – Review of Annual Report by Project Officer and Discussion with Project Officer, as needed • April 20 – 23 – Final changes to the Annual Report by the Schrags/SPDG staff • April 23 – 30– Routing of Annual Report in GaDOEMay 1-3 – Submission of Annual Report to OSEP
