  5. *Issues and Concerns . How can the physician be informed not to place a new prescription if the patient already has the medication? Arabization. Refill date on the outpatient label and Hijri calendar along with the Gregorian. Overall workflow in Outpatient and Inpatient. Out-On-Pass. Clear and unified Transfer policy and procedure that minimize missing and guide workflow allover the hospital. For restricted antibiotics and specific orders, the Infectious disease group needs to be informed and signed off

  6. *Issues and Concerns . How will the narcotic medication requests be handled? Will paper documentation be required or can the electronic documentation be used? Stock preparations. Physicians order duration. There is no tapering in outpatient (retail medication manager). Compounded IV fluids for NICU and PICU for administering to the patient. How order is prepared from available formularies how calculations will be?

  7. *Issues and Concerns . Batch number and expiry dates are not available - this is critical to the pharmacy operations. Purchasing and Receiving workflow needs to be handled on the system - how can this be managed and what will be the recommendation?
