  3. * Progress Update 1 . • Having weekly meeting (Clinical Reporting). • Having weekly meeting (HIM). • Demonstration session in KAUH. • Demonstration session for ERM/ ESM/ HIM in KKUH. • Leading strategic change worksop.

  4. *Data Gathering (DCWs) . • HIM. • Coding and chart abstracting. • Tracking and patient information request. • Current internal location’s (KKUH- KAUH). • Current external location’s (KKUH- KAUH). • Clinical reporting. • Clinical reporting page master. • Clinical reporting page master for laboratory.

  5. *Issues and Concerns . • ViaFly (used for Medical Transcription Services) is being used in KKUH, whereas KAUH is using the old MTT system). • Medical Records Archiving done at KAUH but not at KKUH. • ICD-10 will be used after going live,issues and concerns would be addressed after the pilot study(on-demand/experience).
