In this lecture on Distributed Database Management Systems, we explore how agents such as the Snapshot Agent and Distributor Agent are created. The focus is on the subscription database at the subscriber server (PESH). Although these agents have been created, no snapshots have been generated yet. We will demonstrate the execution of the Snapshot Agent to create a snapshot of your publication, ensuring it includes all tables and data. By adding a record to the publication's tables, we'll show how both agents execute as scheduled after a brief waiting period.

Now add a record in any of the tables in your publication (lets say author) at your publisher (QTA) • We selected this table because…. • After adding the record of Muhammad Suhail of Rawalpindi in the table at QTA, wait for one minute
After one minute, both agents will execute as set in their schedules
