Save ink and improve legibility when printing PowerPoint handouts by omitting background graphics. Right-click on the slide (not the text box), choose 'Format Background', and check 'Hide Background Graphic' to apply to all slides. This ensures cleaner text output. Additionally, for efficient printing, navigate to 'File', then 'Print', and select 'Full Page Slides'. Adjust the 'Handouts' section to choose slides per page, and consider scaling to fit. Opt for 'Pure Black and White' to conserve toner.
