    2. Introduccin.- Quimioterapia: Estrecho margen teraputico, combinaciones, clculos complicados, individualizacin dosis, alta toxicidad, coste elevado, riesgo de errores. Equipo Multidisciplinar: enriquecimiento mutuo Entorno mdico: indicacin, prescripcin, valoracin, ... Entorno farmacutico: dosis, estabilidad mezclas, caducidades, condiciones de manipulacin, preparacin, ... Entorno enfermera: administracin, valoracin inmediata, ... Informatizacin: Uniformidad de prescripcin, preparacin y administracin. Clculos automatizados rpidos y fiables, controles, alertas. Almacenamiento automtico de datos y explotacin. Comunicacin on line en tiempo real.
