  1. Anthony’s portfolio project October 24, 2011. 2nd period art class

  2. Artist statement • I was born in Kansas and was raised in Florida. I was born on January 4th 1999. I am 12 years old. I go to Crystal River Middle School and I enjoy hanging out with friends and playing the guitar. I’m interested in musical history. My favorite project in art class was print making. I craved a guitar on the block because music is my inspiration. I enjoy learning new songs to play.

  3. Artist that inspire me • The artist that inspires me is Eddie Van Halen. He was born on January 26, 1955. He plays lead guitar in the band Van Halen. The reason why he inspires me is because he changed how guitar was played. Eddie tuned to "Hendrix's tuning" which is flat E, the open G and B reaches a justly intonated, beatless third.
