  5. Where and How? On the ‘Toolbar’ Click on ‘Insert’ Scroll down to ‘Movies and Sounds’ Scroll across to ‘Movie from Clip Organiser’’ and ‘click’

  6. You can then select animation or video clips depending on the version of Power Point you are using

  7. OR You can add clips from a floppy disc or CD On the “Toolbar” Click on “Insert” Scroll down to ‘Movies and Sounds’ Scroll across to ‘Movie from File’ And “click” Then select the “appropriate location”

  8. Saving your presentation and video clips/animation.

  9. Create a new folder • Go to ‘My documents’ • ‘Make a new folder’ • Name the new folder and don’t forget to make a note of it.

  10. Properties • Next select your clips and find out where they are stored. • Before inserting your clip • Right hand click • Move cursor down to preview/properties • Look for the file name in this case it is: • C:/Program Files/Microsoft Office/media/CntCD1/ animated/j0336376.gif • Open Windows Explorer to locate your images.

  11. Finally • Save your presentation to the same folder • Save the folder to a floppy disc or CD
