  1. We are a quality conscious parts manufacturer, based in Narol area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We manufacture un-machined and machined grey cast iron castings from 200 grams to 120 kilograms. We have a full fledged machineshop having CNC lathes and vertical machining centres for precision machining of parts from various types of engineering materials like CI, alloy steels, stainless steel, engineering plastics, non ferrous metals. We manufacture V groove pulleys, flat belt pulleys, elevator pulleys, Graded CI castings , transmission shafts , CAMs , pedestal / pillow/ bearing blocks , precision CNC milled parts , precision CNC turned parts , precision ground parts QUALITY POLICY Velani metal industries are committed to continue its pursuit towards excellence in all areas of operation, from design, manufacturing, quality control to after sales service. Train and empower our employees with the latest skills and knowledge. -Foundry We have IGBT based 100 kw furnace power source. The furnace has 2 crucibles - 100 kg and 150 kg. We have ‘SUYASH’ make CE meter for checking melt composition.

  2. - Machine Shop We have following machines VMC With 4 Axis – BFW V6 -1 Nos CNC Milling Machine With 4 Axis– BFW Surya -1 Nos CNC Milling Machine BFW Akshara – 3 Nos CNC Lathe Pinacho – 3 Nos Hydraulic Broaching Machines- 2 Nos Milling Machines – Batliboi – 3 Nos Conventional Lathes - 4 Drilling Machines - 4 - Inspection Facilites We have following inspection facilities in our machineshop CI and granite surface plates Digital and conventional verniers Digtal and conventional micrometers Height gauges We Have Following Inspection Facilities In Our Foundry ‘SUYASH’ make CE meter. ‘SUYASH’ make immersion pyrometer. Digital optical pyrometer. Digital hardness tester. ‘BLUE STAR’ make manual hardness tester.

  3. Core hardness tester. Mould hardness tester. We undertake adequate quality measures in each department of foundry. I.e. methoding, moulding, core making, melting and fettling. We regularly cross check our metal compositions by wet analysis and spectrometer analysis at reputed laboratories. Our Machinery
