Purpose of this Report • The data presented are based on the integrated Shared Pittsburgh Community Goals established in 2016 by the Jewish early childhood directors and the Standards of Excellence, a national effort • This report presents data of multiple school years, [insert the years] in relation to the three core areas of the Pittsburgh JECEI/BonimBeyachad effort (see Tricolon): • Educational Excellence • Jewish living and learning of families • Shared leadership

History: Advancing BonimBeyachad and JECEI Initiatives • The Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh initiated Pittsburgh JECEI and BonimBeyachad with the goal to: Increase the number of healthy young families with Jewish children committed to providing Jewish education, identity and engagement to their young children.

Methodology: Report based on data gathered • On-line surveys: • parents and educators • perceptions of educational quality • impact on engagement in Jewish living and learning (parents) • preparedness to carry out BonimBeyachad educational approach (constructivist learning through a Jewish lens) • school survey • enrollment • personnel
