Ewing sarcoma of the kidney RESULTS MACROSCOPICALLY: the lesion (9 cm) showed greyish-tan color with areas of necrosis MICROSCOPICALLY: the cells were monotonous, arranged in nodules and sheets with formation of rosettes and with hyperchromatic rounded nucleus with finely dispersed chromatin and micronucleolus. Mitotic figures and necrosis were present.
