Its apps are MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook etc. Microsoft PowerPoint is not only used for making presentation but it is also used to make digital photo album. You can make so many albums through this and can also add number of photos in each album.

  5. For this, first you have to open PowerPoint and then you have to choose a template or create a blank presentation. Then you have to select the Insert tab. After this, you have to select the Photo Album from the drop-down arrow and then you have to choose New Photo Album. Here, you will see the Photo Album dialog box opens. Now, you have to select File to open the Insert New Pictures dialog box. After this, just go to the folder which contains the pictures, and then select the images which you want to add to the album. Now you have to select Insert option. The photos which you have selected appear in the Pictures in album list. If you are many pictures from the same folder then you can select all the pictures at the same time. Now you have to select Create option. Now you will see the PowerPoint creates a new presentation for the digital photo album.
