What is MapMyRun? • It is an easy to use, fun app • MapMyRun keeps track of a runners progress • Helps you to reach your goals • MapMyRun does just what you'd expect -- it gives GPS-based mapping of your runs, and offers a lot of insight into your workouts. Best of all, the app displays this great information in a clean and designed app layout.

App Layout • MapMyRun has a simple user friendly layout. • At the top of the home screen you get the important parts -- "Record" and "Log" -- that let you start a workout or enter a previous one that wasn't tracked. • The record function lets you dive straight into a run and start recording
Start Running! • Once you decide to start a run and record it, hitting the record button lets you jump into a settings screen and choose the workout type, your route (you can have it auto-populate the route as you run), and whether you're going to want to send this workout to Facebook and/or Twitter when you're finished. Social Network • MapMyRun is compatible with all of the major social networks! • This means you can track your progress and post it on a website for your friends to see. • This also can be used as a resource to meet up with other friends who share your interest. Post your progress on Social Networks, so your friends can like them!

Nutrition • MapMyRun is also a great app to keep track of your nutritional intake. • You can set goals for yourself for calorie intake • Use MapMyRunhas a calorie intake bar as a helped for total calorie intake. • Subtracts your calorie expenditure based on your previous runs!
