  4. How are conversations that we have online the same as conversations that we have in real life? How are they different? Do you prefer having a conversation with a friend face to face or chatting to a friend on line? Why? Do you find it easier to say something to somebody's face or to write it online? Why do you think that is? Do you think that more misunderstandings happen during online chats or face to face chats? Why do you think that is? What is a ‘Keyboard warrior’?
