But, whatever approach you take as an entrepreneur, you’ll need to ensure that your GTM strategy is a sound one, containing a series of essential components.   3. Here are 5 crucial components of a go-to-market strategy: 1. Market definition Who your product or service will be targeted at should be the starting point for any GTM strategy.
