This study investigates the two major aerosol indirect effects (AIEs) on cloud droplet concentration in Chiquicamata, Chile. Utilizing Twomey and Albrecht model estimates, the first AIE is found to range from -0.5 to -1.9 W/m², while the second AIE is estimated between -0.3 and -1.4 W/m². The analysis also highlights the limited exploration of factors influencing the relative significance of these AIEs, emphasizing the need for further research in understanding the interactions between aerosols and cloud dynamics.
