  4. The intention to be… helpful is not always experienced or understood as… help  Experience is in the body; nervous system  Understanding is based on learning & past events  Our failure to imagine…

  5. What Kinds of THINKING? If something interfered, …? Adjustments of MOOD? If you couldn't adjust to situations or expectations, …?
