HIV/AIDS Continuing EducationUpdate for ProfessionalsApproved for the following professions by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services (#0914-0743-M): Alcohol & drug counselors, athletic trainers, chiropractors, dentist and dental hygienists, emergency medical technicians, nurses, optometrists, paramedics, pharmacists, physical therapists (renewal), physical therapy assistants (renewal), physicians, physician assistants, podiatrists and social workers.Other professionals and interested consumers are encouraged to attend.FEES: $20 per person payable at time of class Cash or make check payable to the Northern Kentucky Health Department Registration begins at 5 p.m. and class starts promptly at 5:30. Persons receiving continuing education credit must attend the entire two hours. Those arriving after the posted class start time of 5:30 p.m. will be denied admittance. Please plan for traffic delays and road construction. Class: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 Northern Kentucky Health Department District Office, Lower level conference rooms 610 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, Ky.
