  1. OmniAccess 5510 & 5740 Unified Services Gateway (USG) Release 3.0 Message House Expanding the reach of Enterprise Access Routers family to Managed Services. Enhanced management and service assurance capabilities coupled with unified services architecture creates an ideal managed CPE platform. Key enhancements to management and security connectivity for Enterprises. Challenges/Drivers Managed Services Service provider customers are looking for additional revenue opportunities by up-selling Managed services on top of basic connectivity. They need a multiservice Managed CPE that enable them to offer differentiated services using a single device. Service providers are looking for an integrated solution that eliminates the need for them to perform the integration of multiple elements and their associated management systems which enhances their customer management and assurance capabilities. Typically they need to deploy multiple devices to deliver these services. This approach is costly from a CAPEX and OPEX perspective. Instead they would prefer that single device is able to satisfy a majority of the requirements with greater visibility, management, and control. Enterprise Enterprises have a need for a WAN access platform that optimizes OPEX, CAPEX and IT by unifying multiple services for their branch. Enterprises need to ensure that their mission critical applications will always run with a WAN link that is highly available and “always on”. Enterprises need to be able to secure connections, keep abreast of new threat mitigation software. They also need easy and faster rollout of VPNs to new sites. Enterprises need a high performance WAN platform coupled with an integrated single administration and management tools to manage complete network including LAN, WLAN and WAN. • Solutions • Managed Services • OmniAccess USG unifies multiple services along with various management features which make it an ideal high performance Managed CPE for • Managed IP Services (IP VPN, Access) • Managed Ethernet Services ( L2VPN, Eth over TDM, ADSL) • Managed Security Services ( IPSec, IDS/IPS, DoS, Filter) • Extensive OAM features that are consistent with the IPD SR feature set – make it easier to troubleshoot and operate the end-to-end service. 5620 SAM (already manages IPD SR/ESS) provides GNE based management for OmniAccess USG to offer seamless management all the way to the customer premises . • Motive 5580 HNM’s TR069 based management and Zero Touch Provisioning enable large scale deployments. • Unified and consistent end-to-end management all across the network and a single device to provide all services eliminates the need to deploy multiple devices at customer premises. • Enterprise • Enhancement to the SIP ALG along with various WAN options including Ethernet, ADSL, T1/E1, Serial interfaces enrich the Unified Services offering for Enterprise • OmniAccess USG increase service uptime by segregating applications in management, control and data plane. Various high availability solutions including WAN bundling, VRRP, etc increase the network uptime. • DMVPN and IPSec client VPN enhance the Security services portfolio and automates the VPN rollout to new sites. • OmniVista 2500 enterprise management system manages OmniSwitches, OmniAccess WLAN, and OmniAccess USG devices providing unified seamless provisioning and monitoring across the network.
