  4. ICAO Requirements ICAO Chicago Convention Article 37 Each State will develop a National Air Law in accordance with the ICAO SARPs Doc. 9734, Par. 3.3.1.1; Doc. 8335, Par. 2.4.1; Doc 9760, Par 1.1.3

  5. ICAO Requirements States must establish a CAA with: • Flight Operations Inspectors • Airworthiness Inspectors Doc 8335, Par 2.2; Doc 9760, Par 2.1
