  3. Other Dates of Interest • Tentative date for procurement committee meeting is end of July 2013 • Bidders are invited to attend • The Workforce Board considers recommendations from the committee and approves funding at the August 6, 2013 board meeting

  4. Other Dates of Interest • H-GAC board of elected officials approves The Workforce Board recommendations at the August20, meeting • Contract negotiations begin immediately with H-GAC staff and board approved organizations • Contracts are effective October1, 2013

  8. Paper Proposals • 10 copies of paper proposals • Stapled in upper left corner • 12-point font • 1.5 line spacing • Follow assembly instructions outlined in the request to which bidder is responding

Electronic Proposals • Submit in Microsoft word and Excel • Format and assemble as directed in the RFP • All electronic copies must be accompanied by mailed or hand-delivered signed copies of the required certifications • Mailed certifications must be postmarked by Friday, May 17, 2013. • One signed original of each certification and cover sheet must be submitted
