Treatment plan Treatment plan: • FLT food plan – low GI Mediterrean Diet • UltraMeal Plus 360 (protein powder with vits/minerals and blood sugar support), Eskimo 3 Brain sharp liquid. • Following test results additional supplement support for lowering high LDL, raising low HDL and supporting thyroid function. • Exercise: due to knee operation and excess weight initial exercise programme prescribed included gentle swimming and walking. After client began losing weight within in 2 weeks encouraged client to sign up at the work gym and received training on equipment. Began to include weights and cardiovascular including stepper and bike. Treadmill difficult due to knee but he uses walking hill programme. Client now going to the gym on a regular basis 4 times a week.
