Pre – Season Camp • Get into shape before August/September • Summer Workouts Are On Your Own: • Camp August 27-28 • Wed & Thurs 3-5 • Shorts & t-shirt, sneakers& spikes, plenty of liquids • Stretching,speed work & timed mile run • Forms needed to participate in the camp!
Required Forms • Team Rules • Code of Conduct • Physical Form (completed & signed by a physician) • Must be completed afterJune 1st 2014 • Emergency Medical Treatment Form • All Forms are needed before participating in Preseason Camp on Wednesday August 27th.
Practice & Games • No practice over Labor Day Weekend • 1st practice: Tues. 9/2 from 2:30 - 5:00 • No Practice on Thursday 9/25(No School) • Must have all lower pads(knee, thigh and girdle) • Black practice Pants Kampus Klothes or elsewhere • Scrimmages start the 3rdfull week of Sept. • The week of 9/22 • Game Schedule • 8th Grade plays on Thursday • 7th Grade plays on Tuesday • Schedules to be posted soon!
