  1. Customized Work Platforms

  2. Assembly of Trestle Legs Insert tube into side clamp of the trestle leg and tighten. Insert other end of the tube in side clamp of second leg and tighten.

  3. Telescoping Insert Telescoping inserts allow for the platform to be adjustable to various heights.

  4. Wheel Kit Slide wheel assembly unit onto foot of trestle leg until under the upright. Repeat in order of 1-4 while placing bracing tube into clamps.

  5. Wheel Kit Platform is fully mobile with wheel kit in place. Wheels are lockable. Locked Unlocked

  6. Placement of Loboard Place assembled trestle legs at length of Loboard. Place Loboard on the desired tubing.

  7. Installing and Securing Platform Loboard is now in place to be secured. Use Loband and piece of tubing to secure Loboard.

  8. Installing and Securing Platform Tighten L bolt until top covers Loboard. Loboard is now safely secured.

  9. Inserting Leg Extensions Remove telescopic insert. Insert leg extension into trestle leg.

  10. Inserting Leg Extensions Adjust leg extension to desired height and pin. Tighten L bolt to secure leg extension.

  11. Installation of Handrails and Guardrails Lobands are able to connect square and round tubing Install guard rails using Lobands and tubing. Square to round Round to round

  12. Installation of Handrails and Guardrails Repeat same process for hand rails. Worker is safely secured by OSHA standards.

  13. Toe Boards – Sway Braces Place a toe board onto the Loboard. Sway braces are fully adjustable.

  14. Attach outriggers to stabilize and increase the ratio. Sway Braces - Outrigger Attach sway braces on each side to form an X. 3-1 Base to Height Ratio First Brace Second Brace

  15. Ladder Installation Place ladder against tube. Loosen L screws use ladder clamp to attach.

  16. Ladder Installation Slide tube through the ladder clamps. Tighten ladder clamps to secure ladder in place.

  18. Additional Levels Remove telescoping insert. Leg extensions can be added for additional levels.

  19. Additional Levels Repeat assembly of guard rails on the additional levels. Repeat assembly of hand rails on second level.
