To create a maintenance request online, click on the “Resident Maintenance” tab. Select “New Job” to start your request. Follow these steps: 1) Choose the category or item needing repair. 2) Provide a detailed description of the issue. 3) Check the box to permit staff entry if you're not home (note: not allowing entry may delay service). 4) Click “Save & Continue.” You can view or modify your request later by clicking on “View/Modify.” Maintenance staff will leave a door hanger in your room once the job is completed.

Maintenance Request Status You may return and view your maintenance request by clicking on the “view/modify window. The maintenance staff will leave a door hanger in your room notifying you that the job has been completed.
