MODALITES DE DEPOT DE PROJET SLD • Arrêté de partition (coupe Pathos mai 2006) devant être pris par ARH au plus tard au 30/06/2009 • Dépôt de projet d’extension capacité SLD : • Les établissements qui souhaitent déposer des projets dans le cadre de la révision du SROS volet PA / USLD, doivent déposer : • un dossier de modification du CPOM fixant ainsi de nouveaux OQOS, dossier qui sera examiné en COMEX Personne référente ARH : Dr SIMON - PREL
