  1. Feedback Calls • When you submit your video, make sure to also send the Reflective Questions document. • After each video submission, your coach will watch the video and make comments. She/he will send the feedback video back to you. • When you receive the video, watch and reflect on the comments made by the coach. Take notes on the Feedback Call Notes document. Use this document as you talk with your coach on the feedback call. • On the feedback call, you and your coach will discuss the video you submitted as well as your Reflective Questions document. You and your coach will set goals for trying new strategies. You will also decide on the next video assignment. • Your coach will complete a Short Term Goal Report document which is based on the feedback call. She/he will send you this document so that you have a written plan showing your goals.
