Making Appointments and Reminders What does a Child/Youth Mental Health Appointment look like? • How long is it? • Who is it with?, (Patient, parent, guardian, counselor) • What is your referral process? • Planning prior to the appointment • What screening tools do you need, • Who will give out the screening tools • Follow up appointments • Recall process • Reminders, to physician and to the patient
