  3. LG started its legal action in the US and Europe concerning the Blu-ray tech in the PS3 There was no noticeable reaction on the US front However in Holland… And then it happened

  5. The shipment of PS3s is sent here and later distributed to the rest of Europe It would be too time consuming for Sony to change the port in which they would send the PS3s A strategic point on LG’s part. Why Holland?

  7. On March 11, 2011 The ban on PS3s in Europe was lifted 300,000 PS3s that were being hoarded in the Netherlands could now be sent and sold LG has to pay a fine of 130,000 Euros which will increase if LG does not take immediate action And just a little while later
