Environment variable setting • Current setting • CVS –d/home/<username>/repository <command>
Temporary change • CVSROOT=/home/<username> /repository ; export CVSROOT
Permanent change • goto /home/<username> • Edit “.bash_profile” • Add CVSROOT=/home/<username>/repository Export CVSROOT • Restart the session.
