This study explores the regulatory dynamics of v-ErbA in cellular differentiation, focusing on 66 repressed genes and 54 up-regulated genes. Our analysis identifies key players in the differentiation process, evaluating 15 specific genes related to v-ErbA, 3 genes associated with RA, and 11 differentiation-associated genes. Additionally, the involvement of one T3-related gene is examined. Understanding the intricate balance between up-regulated and repressed genes provides significant insights into the molecular mechanisms of cellular differentiation driven by v-ErbA.
