Shipment. Shipment 的認定可分系統面或實務面來看 系統面 [BEFORE]Shipper 在系統有 ShipmentKey （自行定義的編碼規則 , 或以 forwarder PRE-assign HAWBNO 來替代 ) 供其使用並可事先掌握一筆 Shipment 相關出貨文件如 Packing List, Invoice 的關係 [AFTER] 不管是否有 ShipmentKey, 以空運來說 Forwarder 會在出貨安排確定後提供針對每個 shipment 一組 MAWB+HAWB, 至此也可以得到每個 shipment 與相關出貨文件的關係

Shipment • Shipment的認定可分系統面或實務面來看 • 系統面 • [BEFORE]Shipper在系統有ShipmentKey（自行定義的編碼規則, 或以forwarder PRE-assign HAWBNO來替代)供其使用並可事先掌握一筆Shipment相關出貨文件如Packing List, Invoice的關係 • [AFTER]不管是否有ShipmentKey, 以空運來說Forwarder會在出貨安排確定後提供針對每個shipment一組MAWB+HAWB,至此也可以得到每個shipment與相關出貨文件的關係 • 實務面 • Forwarder對於要併那些貨在同一筆shipment, 完全依照shipper的指示及當下貨物出貨狀況而定,所以其實shipper要不要在系統建立shipment與其他出貨文件的key值關係倒不是那麼重要,

  4. How to Promote RN3B18 • 目前RN3B18導入的窒礙點如下 • 中心廠 • 導入RN3B18的目的、實作的scenario以及資料欄位需求多未確定(Q1) • LSP • 對於如何運用及是否有必要拿來運用多有存疑(Q2) • 雖然有標準的訊息指引但需要中心廠的導入實例及透過第三方來溝通協調資料擺放原則及邏輯(Q3) • 今年許多LSP其報關系統、承攬系統面臨轉換點，對於導入D計劃配合訊息需要有更充足的資訊(Q4) • 懷疑在導入後RN3B18是否能真正運作, 是否只是為了結案(Q5)

  5. How to Promote RN3B18 • 解決方式 • 協調中心廠確認RN3B18的導入需求及應用模式加深LSP的配合決心 • 依照LSP的報關承攬系統及實際運作需求，豐富RN3B18提供的資料內容，以正面表列的方式，讓LSP瞭解導入後減少之資料鍵入錯誤及鍵入時間 • 確認中心廠資料傳送的scenario以及傳送方式，提供軟體公司參考，以方便LSP能快速找到要處理的資料 • 確認RN3B18是否會推廣到其他產業及應用
